All reports submitted on this secure site are kept confidential. Your report will be received by a member of the Ethic Suite team, who will attempt to notify the appropriate person or persons about your concern. Remember, you can submit your report ANONYMOUSLY and we do not take any steps to identify you if you wish to remain anonymous. After you submit your report, you will receive a unique PIN that you can use to access the "Follow Up On a Report" feature. This will allow you to check the status of your report and answer any messages that may be left for you while still remaining anonymous if you choose. See our Terms of Service for more information.
